What’s a really big perk about being in a “trade” industry… You get to trade your services! I have traded everything from hair coloring, nails, furniture and more. It’s really a best kept secret kind of deal but heck I don’t mind sharing. So when Lindsay and I both contacted the same photographer for pictures (which she lives a bigillion miles away) #brandiepaynephotography  suggested to me that maybe we do a trade out with each other! I for some reason never even thought about it. I guess because Lindsay had looked into booking her maternity session before I even got engaged. So it didn’t even cross my mind. I can’t wait to have Lindsay Roode Photography back here at the ranch to do mine and Kent’s engagements!

I absolutely loved the outfits she chose. I’m such a fangirl for dresses in photos, dresses just create a lot of movement and a soft touch that pants just can’t do. Plus it’s almost like the dress is a prop you can hold on to it and swish it, while walking it moves and when the wind blows… wow it makes for some great pictures.

It was so nice to catch up with her as well. I honestly haven’t even seen her since high school and she still looks just the same! She has a great smile, adorable laugh and makes great conversation! Thanks for letting me be a small part in this special season of life bringing a little bundle of girl to the world!
